Drift Off pairs 1 mg of melatonin with valerian root, lavender, chamomile and hibiscus extracts, to support healthy sleep patterns and promote relaxation during occasional sleeplessness.* Per strip (210 mg): Valerian root extract 50 mg, Lavender extract 20 mg, Chamomile extract 10 mg, Hibiscus extract 10 mg, Melatonin 1 mg. Other ingredients: Pullulan, Cellulose, Raspberry Flavor, Malic Acid, Xylitol, Lecithin, Erythritol, Sorbitol Syrup, Medium Chain Triglycerides, Steviol Glycosides.

Nite Cap combines valerian, chamomile, GABA, L-tryptophan, lemon balm and passion flower with 2 mg of melatonin, to support a restful night's sleep and your body's natural sleep cycle.* Per serving (2 capsules): Valerian Extract (root) 150 mg, Chamomile Extract (flower) 100 mg, GABA 100 mg, L-Tryptophan 100 mg, Lemon Balm Extract (Melissa officinalis) 100 mg, Passion Flower Extract 100 mg, Melatonin 2 mg. Other ingredients: Gelatin (capsule), Brown Rice Flour.

Suggested use: Follow the directions on each package. Drift Off: place one oral strip on your tongue and allow it to dissolve, up to a maximum of one strip a day. Nite Cap: as a dietary supplement, adults take two (2) capsules daily with 6–8 oz of water, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Both products contain melatonin (1 mg per Drift Off strip, 2 mg per Nite Cap serving), so check with a healthcare professional before using them on the same night.
