Most people report falling asleep faster within the first week. Staying asleep tends to take longer, around two weeks of consistent use. Take it at the same time every night — that consistency matters more than the dose.

Usually yes. They are built to do different jobs, so pairing a wind-down formula with a stay-asleep one is a normal combination.

The one thing to avoid is doubling an active. Every ingredient and its dose is printed on the product page, so if the same one appears on both labels, take one or the other rather than both. If you are not sure, email us the two products and we will tell you straight.

Start from the part of the night that is going wrong. If it takes you an hour to drop off, start with Drift Off. If you get to sleep fine and then wake at three, start with Nite Cap. If the problem is that you are still wound up at bedtime, start with Deep Calm or Nite Bites.

Give it two weeks before you judge it, and change one thing at a time.

We cannot answer that for you, and you should be wary of any supplement company that says it can. What we can do is make it easy to check: every ingredient and its exact dose is listed on the product page, so you can take that list to your prescriber or pharmacist.

Please do that before you start if you take anything for sleep, mood, blood pressure or blood thinning, or if you are pregnant or nursing.

If something arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email support@sleepallnite.com within 30 days with a photo and a line about what happened. Approved claims are on us: we ship a replacement, usually within three business days, and you do not need to send anything back.

What we cannot do is take a product back because you changed your mind. These are consumable supplements, so once an order ships we cannot accept a return, even on an unopened bottle. Subscriptions you can cancel any time from your account.

We ship within the United States only for now. Standard shipping is $8 and free on orders over $50; express is $15.
