Most people report falling asleep faster within the first week. Staying asleep tends to take longer, around two weeks of consistent use. Take it at the same time every night — that consistency matters more than the dose.

Usually yes. They are built to do different jobs, so pairing a wind-down formula with a stay-asleep one is a normal combination.

The one thing to avoid is doubling an active. Every ingredient and its dose is printed on the product page, so if the same one appears on both labels, take one or the other rather than both. If you are not sure, email us the two products and we will tell you straight.

Start from the part of the night that is going wrong. If it takes you an hour to drop off, start with Drift Off. If you get to sleep fine and then wake at three, start with Nite Cap. If the problem is that you are still wound up at bedtime, start with Deep Calm or Nite Bites.

Give it two weeks before you judge it, and change one thing at a time.

We cannot answer that for you, and you should be wary of any supplement company that says it can. What we can do is make it easy to check: every ingredient and its exact dose is listed on the product page, so you can take that list to your prescriber or pharmacist.

Please do that before you start if you take anything for sleep, mood, blood pressure or blood thinning, or if you are pregnant or nursing.

There is nothing to send back. Keep the bottle, or bin it, whichever you prefer. A returned supplement is no use to us, so posting it would only cost you a trip to the post office.

The guarantee covers your first order with us and can be claimed once per customer. Subscription renewals are not covered, though you can cancel a subscription any time before the renewal date.

We do not take products back. These are consumable supplements, so once an order ships a bottle cannot be restocked or resold, and posting it back would cost you a trip for nothing.

What we do instead is refund you. Our 30-night guarantee covers your first order for 30 nights from the day it arrives: email support@sleepallnite.com and we refund it in full, shipping included, with nothing to send back.

If something arrives damaged, defective or wrong, that is separate and simpler. Email us within 30 days with a photo and we ship a replacement at our cost. Subscriptions you can cancel any time from your account.

We ship within the United States only for now. Standard shipping is free on orders over $60, and your shipping options and their costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

You will get tracking by email as soon as the order leaves our fulfilment centre.
