What's inside: One bottle of Deep Rest (60 capsules, 30 servings) and one jar of Night Renew (2 oz).

Deep Rest pairs 10 mg of melatonin with vitamin B6 and magnesium, which support normal muscle and nervous system function, and a botanical blend including chamomile, passion flower and lemon balm, to help you unwind and support restful sleep.* Per serving (2 capsules): Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl) 1.8 mg (106% DV), Calcium (as calcium carbonate) 17 mg (1% DV), Magnesium (as magnesium citrate) 13 mg (3% DV), Melatonin 10 mg, Sleep Formula Proprietary Blend 905 mg: L-Tryptophan, Lycium (fruit), Chamomile (flower), Lemon Balm (aerial), Passion Flower (flower), L-Taurine, Hops (flower), St. John's Wort (aerial), GABA, Chinese Skullcap (root), L-Theanine, Ashwagandha (root), Inositol, 5-HTP (seed). Other ingredients: Hypromellose (vegetable capsule), Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate.

Night Renew is a collagen night cream for face and neck. Hyaluronic acid helps keep skin supple and hydrated, collagen helps skin look smooth, and avocado and lavender oils leave it feeling soft by morning. Ingredients: Purified Water, Melatonin, Aloe Vera Extract, Collagen, Hyaluronic Acid, Avocado Oil, Rheosol, Lavender Oil, Phenonip, Rosemary Leaf Extract. Each ¼ tsp contains 2.4 mg of melatonin.

Suggested use: Deep Rest: as a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules once a day, 20–30 minutes before bedtime with an 8 oz (237 ml) glass of water, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Night Renew: apply ¼ tsp to face and/or neck 45 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime. Both products contain melatonin (10 mg per Deep Rest serving, 2.4 mg per ¼ tsp of Night Renew), so check with a healthcare professional before using them together.
