Drift Off is a raspberry-flavored oral strip that dissolves on your tongue. No water, no pills, nothing to swallow.
Each strip pairs 1 mg of melatonin with valerian root, lavender, chamomile and hibiscus extracts, to support healthy sleep patterns and promote relaxation during occasional sleeplessness.* Take one any time before bed. 30 strips to a tin, flat enough for a nightstand drawer or a carry-on.
Per strip (210 mg): Valerian root extract 50 mg, Lavender extract 20 mg, Chamomile extract 10 mg, Hibiscus extract 10 mg, Melatonin 1 mg.
