Per serving (2 capsules): Valerian Extract (root) 150 mg, Chamomile Extract (flower) 100 mg, GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid) 100 mg, L-Tryptophan 100 mg, Lemon Balm Extract (Melissa officinalis) (stem, leaves, flower) 100 mg, Passion Flower Extract (stem, leaves, flower) 100 mg, Melatonin 2 mg.
